We are a family run business based in Louth, Lincs and have been in the demolition industry since 1978. We sell all types of Architectural Salvage, Architectural Ironmongery, Reclaimed Building Materials and have a wide range of York Stone including paving slabs, Ornamental troughs and garden ornaments. We also stock a wide range of Curiosities and Bygones as well as a few unique items which are sold on a first come basis.. We hold stock of all types of Architectural Salvage at our yard in Keddington and will keep a small selection of our products at our shop in Louth town centre. If you have an old building you'd like to demolish please contact us to arrange a site visit and find out more about our services. If you're working on a renovation project and would like to match existing materials we can usually help so please email or message us and we will be in touch.our yard is all by appointment but the shop is open Friday and Saturday 10-5

It’s quite normal to find the odd cigarette packet under the floor boards of old houses we demolish but for sure this is the largest amount in one small room 😬.Our latest demolition job the big man himself (dad) even paid us a visit ,I can remember as a kid we wasn’t allowed to sit down and eat freshly baked cakes 🤷‍♂️at work . 100% a good client.

Just a quick update of what we’re up to .the latest salvage job just outside of Louth of these old farm buildings is nearing the end but a few nice finds we found on the way .the date of the building is always more guess work as most have been messed about over the years .so on this occasion we’re really lucky as benn found a brick dated 1811 .they had used there finger tip to push into the wet clay to do this .the next part of the building there was an oak beam dated 1744 so a good bit of age .early on in the week we collected some stunning roof tiles from Nocton church left over from some roof work years back.these would make a lovely addition to any garden building /porch or small building so any interest just message us.
