Good morning, hope everyone is well and has an amazing day. I wasn't expecting the response I got last night. Appreciate everyone supporting my business to new and old customers. Thank you. I have had to limit the comments as I felt going back and forth in messages with said person. Lessons learnt. Later today I'm going to post a giveaway. Keep an eye on the page.

Guys, a customer has ordered an expensive king size mattress without paying a deposit as I trusted them since they were mates to a special customer of mine. So I ordered the mattress, tried contacting them to book in delivery without any answer. I decided to ring them today to book in delivery as I hadn't heard from them. They tell me they ordered a mattress elsewhere. Seriously? You come to the showroom place an order without paying a single penny and then order from elsewhere. No courtesy to even ring or pop down to the showroom to cancel. Literally you live 10 mins away. Why would do that man. Annoys me so much.

And on top of that she leaves me a negative review and makes a story up that we didn't contact her and she is disappointed in the customer service. Is she out of order or am I indeed going mad that now I have an expensive king size mattress which obviously has cost me and my first negative review in like 4 years.

Here is the plan... I have thousands of customers who have purchased beds and mattresses who are super happy buying from me and my brother. We are literally the number 1 bed retailer in Newcastle and go the extra mile for everyone. As I'm feeling a bit crazy this evening I am going to give this mattress away as I believe the universe will some way pay back. I'll have a think tonight what sort of giveaway I'll do.

The start building a full cinema bedroom. I'm talking about 4k projector, speakers, lights, automated ceiling cinema screen, every part of the bedroom bespoke. Even the 3d molded covers on the accustic panelling for the sockets and ceiling lights. Small details what makes my beds high end. We don't cut corners. This project was phenomenal and when we finished mesmerising.

It's been a good minute since I last posted here. Lots of behind the scenes developments and projects. Mark has continued to support my journey. The quality and phenomenal beds we have made and delivered to customers are unreal. Will be posting what we have been up to. Can't wait to share.

Wow. Today literally been on my feet all day seeing lots of you visiting the best bed showroom in the North East and amazing to see you design your beds and mattresses. Can't wait for my team to get them ready. Back tomorrow. Long days but worth the journey. Exciting times ahead.
