Sheer privacy roller blinds.

These remove glare, reduce heat gain, give privacy and look stunning.
These are on rechargable motors and can be operated individually, or all together as a group.
2 addtional blinds installed in the kitchen of this beautiful property and look amazing from outside when they all operate together ....but we didnt capture that!😳😱
But this gives you a good idea.

Earlier this year we installed shutters in the lounge of our lovely Norwich customers.
The kitchen blind was relatively new and didnt need replacing.
But after living with shutters for a few months, they just had to get them in the kitchen too.

What a transformation! 😃

Shutters are timelessly stylish, functional, practical, low maintenance and the most energy effecient form of interior shading.

Whats not to love!

A job with a difference for us here at Victoria Blinds.
The control tower of the Gull Wìng Bridge in Lowestoft, needed some shading! 🌁

The windows are slanted to maximize visibility and eliminate reflections for the bridge operators, so tapered blinds were needed. Made long enough to only cover 2 thirds of the drop to allow constant view.

And what a view it is from up there! 🪟🎑

A little disappointing we didnt get to see it lift, but can't have it all!🤷‍♀️

'Whats your main priority?' 🤔

To help find your ideal shading solution, we'll always start with this question.

For our lovely customers in Ringland, Norwich, their priority was to:
•Prevent heat gain and glare.
•Stop UV fading of floors and furniture.
•Not lose all the view.

The sun is on this area all day and to have blinds drop down from the tops would mean them losing the view of the garden. By having them pull up from the bottom, they can be raised to suit the protection needed, whilst still seeing out.

These light diffusion cellular blinds trap the heat in the cells, preventing heat gain, whilst allowing light in the room but dampening the glare.

So Bottoms-up are a Win-Win here !😃

Beautiful roman blinds installed this week in Whitwell Norfolk.
These are blackout lined which gives added protection against heat build-up, sun bleaching and prolongs the life of the materials.

With the banded edging and pom-pom fringe for that extra bit of pizazz - stunning👌

Keeping our commercial customers happy in their workplace with sun control inside, and security control outside.

Vertical blinds were installed in the offices of our lovely clients based in Norwich Norfolk, to give light filtering, glare and heat control at work. This material is also machine washable and fire retardant, making it the perfect pick which ticks ✅️ all the boxes 📦

The roller shutters installed outside gives added security when they've shut up shop for the day. Giving the owners peace of mind, the staff a nicer working environment, and possibly a reduction in insurance premiums too!

🎉 Victoria Blinds is 18 today! 🎉

Our little business is officially all grown up! 🥂

You may have noticed that we’ve been rather quiet on social media recently. The reason is simply that we’ve been incredibly busy and something had to give. For a while, that something was social media!

But we couldn’t let today pass without celebrating this special milestone.

Eighteen years ago, Victoria Blinds began with a determination to offer honest advice, personal service and beautifully fitted window furnishings. Since then, we’ve measured, supplied, cleaned, repaired and fitted thousands of blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings and shading solutions across Norfolk and beyond.

We’ve worked in family homes, schools, businesses hospitals and Ministry of Defence buildings.
Along the way, we’ve experienced brilliant highs, difficult lessons, supplier challenges, changing trends, new technology, a global pandemic, and more early mornings, late nights and cups of tea than we could ever count!

Most importantly, we’ve met some wonderful people. Many customers have returned several times, recommending us to friends and family, and supported our business through every stage of its journey. We genuinely wouldn’t still be here 18 years later without you. ❤️

Thank you to every customer, supplier, fitter, friend and family member who has been part of our first 18 years.
