A huge thank you to everyone who has turned up to make quilts for project Linus for the Children's Ward and SCUBU at Scarborough. Very productive morning so far. Also thank you to all who have donated fabric. Finished results to come.

Busy afternoon at the SEWcial today. Quilted wallhanging, patchwork blocks, laptop cover, sashiko. Lots of different projects being worked on all while having a good catchup and a cuppa.

Don't forget to check out the workshops next Wednesday, Christmas Bunting, Christmas wreath and Scandi stars, a few places left on each.

Sunday 1st November - Project Linus - Quiltathon @ Stitched by the Beach

If you are free on Sunday to help make some quilts, or you have any clean fabric, batting, wadding or fleece you are willing to donate that would be really appreciated.

We've just been for a little potter around the park to see the lights.

Another wonderful afternoon, most were working on patchwork or quilting with a few cushion covers for good measure. A lovely crafty afternoon.

I've just had a lovely evening with the ladies of Hunmanby W.I giving a talk about the Japanese craft of sashiko. Followed by a have a go session so the attendees could try it out for themselves. Some very good stitching even though most of them had never done it before. A pleasure to meet you all, ladies Feel free to add your finished work to the comments
