I had a full day workshop on the island of Westray in Orkney, 10 participants making an Ocean Plait and a Monkey's Fist each, it was really good fun and over 200m of retired fishing rope was recycled, a special thanks goes to Frances who came along to help me,

After a very long and wet Scottish winter our doormat needed a clean!

Most people put out clean washing on a dry sunny day, not me, I put out my dirty rope on a wet and windy day to get cleaned, the Scottish weather doing it's best😆
