Another fantastic flooring transformation completed by the LayCo team!

We supplied and fitted the popular Brampton Chase Herringbone LVT, creating a beautiful, seamless look throughout the home.

As with every quality LVT installation, getting the foundations right is key. We started by preparing the existing subfloor, carrying out the necessary preparation and applying a self-levelling latex compound to create the smooth, level surface needed for the perfect finish.

Once fully prepared, we got to work laying the Brampton Chase herringbone flooring, and the end result speaks for itself! 😍

A fantastic transformation that completely lifts the space and brings the whole ground floor together.

We enjoyed this one and it looks so good!

Brampton Chase tile effect LVT using the Black and White Marble stones designs for that classic chess board look!

Combining the look of tiles with the durability of LVT is a popular choice, and rightly so!

We're looking forward to seeing how this looks when the rest of the kitchen renovation is complete!

If you're considering LVT, please pop into our Morriston showroom to take a look at the ranges we have in stock and organise your free measuring and quotation!

🏡 Small Spaces. Big Impact.

A great example of how the right flooring can completely transform an end-of-tenancy property.

For this project, we replaced tired and dated flooring across the kitchen, utility room and bathroom with a modern herringbone-effect vinyl, creating a much fresher, cleaner and more contemporary finish throughout.

Despite these being relatively small spaces, the transformation is huge!

At LayCo, we work with landlords, letting agents and property managers to help bring properties back to market with flooring that's hard-wearing, practical and looks great.

The last few months have been a busy mix of fitting projects and growing the business behind the scenes!

And we’re pleased to share another milestone as we’ve now achieved CHAS Elite Status! 🙌

For us, this is about much more than simply ticking a box.

We’ve put a huge amount of work into developing our policies, procedures, health & safety documentation, training, quality management and the overall standards we operate to as a business.

The quality of the flooring we install is hugely important to us, but so is the way we conduct ourselves as a contractor.

We’re continuing to build LayCo with the aim of being a flooring contractor that main contractors, developers, facilities managers and commercial clients can rely on, both for the work we deliver and the professional standards behind it.

So, if you’re a main contractor, developer, facilities management company or commercial client looking for a flooring company across South Wales that takes both quality and compliance seriously, we’d love to have a conversation.

We’re still fitting floors… we’re just making sure the paperwork is looking good too! 😂
