Lovely - if a little damp in places - wander around Glenwhan Gardens today. It is well worth a visit. The gardens are beautiful, there is also a tree trail and an arboretum with over 160 tree species. For someone who spent a large part of her previous work writing about trees and forestry, this was such a treat. There were also several stunning sculptures along the way.

I can't believe it's going to be June tomorrow! Where the heck did May go??
Just a wee heads up that, as in previous years, I'll be taking my holidays in June before the summer season starts properly.
The studio will be closed from 11th to the 19th June, reopening on Saturday 20th.
