“Christmas in March?” you might be thinking… but that’s the reality of running a boutique!

Yesterday I jumped on the train to London (in my comfiest shoes, because these buying days involve a lot of walking!) to visit the Gisela Graham showroom and place one of my Christmas orders. And honestly… the festive pieces this year are absolutely beautiful. I spent the morning surrounded by the most gorgeous decorations and carefully choosing the ones I know you’ll love seeing in Josefina later this year.

After all that important decision-making, I treated myself to a little wander around Borough Market, enjoyed some delicious food, and finished the day with a very well-deserved glass of wine before heading home.

Running a small boutique means Christmas planning starts very early, but it’s one of my favourite parts of the job, choosing special pieces that will hopefully bring a little joy to your homes over the festive season.
