Sharing this in case you missed it before.
Easy way to remove the green felt from vintage drawers quickly.
Pour boiling water on the felt and it just lifts off.
Obviously be careful with boiling water.
All part of the prep, but the paint is coming out today.

I don’t usually upcycle pieces that aren’t solid wood, these drawers are melamine but really sturdy, great storage with six drawers. They are on castors too for easy movement.
The Frenchic Paint ❤️ colour is Citrine which pairs perfectly with this Savuti wallpaper from Cole & Son (Wallpapers) Ltd.
Drawers available to see in the shop and website.
Paint and wallpaper samples in the shop, open all weekend 10-4.
I’ve got a Sole Revival,show gilding workshop this afternoon so may be here a little longer.
