Designs Palette is here to help you quickly get your home ready for this Diwali celebration, from exquisite drapes adorning doorways, windows, and key areas, keeping a consistent colour scheme across the entire design, to crafting intricate rangoli designs using colourful powders, flowers, or diyas, and putting them at the entrance to add a lively festive vibe to the room.

Make pretty torans with marigold flowers, mango leaves, or fabric and hang them at room entrances for good luck.

Designs Palette focuses on improving the lighting in every room by combining string lights, placing lanterns, candles, and traditional diyas, and using fairy lights or LED strips to generate a warm and radiant atmosphere, choosing understated and sophisticated interior decorations. Integrate small Diwali-themed items such as candle holders, decorative trays, and figurines.

Also, consider the small details, like scented candles or incense, to engage and enhance the overall experience.

Interior and Exterior details of the recently completed residential project in Kerala.

Kumbanad, a small town near Pullad in Pathanamthitta district, now has a new house that is catching everyone's attention. The dream tent of Jiju George and Jisha, who works in Bangalore. When they put up a house in the country, they insisted that it should be a signature structure.
Details of Project:
1. The landscape is mainly a mixture of stone and grass. Apart from that, the seating and the water fountain at the back also adds beauty. The family says it is a perfect place to spend a quiet evening.
2. The elevation of the house is colonial+tropical in style which makes it look bigger and grander than it is at first sight.The plot has road on both sides. So the house has different appearance from front and side.
3. Barrifence's Unico Aura, a light-equipped product, shines brightly as a replacement for compound wall to transform both the landscape and the home. It is also called Clear View Fence in foreign countries. Especially evening, you must see the beauty of this house from a far!
4. Porch, sitting room, formal living, family living, dining, courtyard, kitchen, workarea and three bedrooms are on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a library and an open terrace with a gazebo. The total area is 4000 sq.ft.The roof is pitched and red stone colour mangalore tiles are used above it. Above the double height courtyard there are windows on 3 sides below the pitched roof to let in the light. This added to the splendor of the house...!
5. The double height courtyard is an attraction upon entry. The accompanying water fountain brings the house closer to nature and its presence makes the interiors spacious.
6. The family living-dining-courtyard is part of the open hall. One could enjoy the beauty of the courtyard from the dining room.
7. Vitrified tile is prevalent in common areas. Wooden flooring is also a highlight in dining and master bedroom.
8. The ceiling of the double-height courtyard also has a leaf-shaped opening in which the glass is spread. This way the light gets in abundantly. Indoor plants also make this place green.
9.Furniture is mostly customized according to the theme of the interior, also antique furniture is used.
10.The kitchen is spacious. The cupboards are in multiwood+ Duco Paint finish. The counter is tiled. There is also a breakfast counter of sufficient size. Adjacent to this is the work area.

In short, the family is happy that a 'signature house' has been achieved...
