LUMINARA | 11,000 sq. ft. Residence

LUMINARA is a three-level residence conceived around family life, integrating architecture, landscape, and privacy. Five bedrooms occupy a separate wing, creating a clear distinction between shared and private spaces. Layered landscape bridges mediate this transition while maintaining visual continuity.

Expansive openings connect the interiors to private gardens and the pool landscape, extending living spaces outdoors. At the basement level, the swimming pool and greenery become an extension of the built environment. Three horizontal layers of tropical landscape frame bedroom openings, providing visual screening while preserving openness and strengthening the connection with nature.

LUMINARA

A three-level residence organised around family life, with landscape integrated across multiple levels. The basement extends into a pool and landscaped zone, while private gardens create a natural buffer between the built spaces.

Privacy between the common areas and private quarters is achieved through two-level landscape bridges, creating a layered transition that separates functions while maintaining visual continuity across the residence.
