For this bedroom, we wanted the experience to feel calm and warm from the moment you walk in.
We kept the palette soft and tonal so every element flows naturally together, from the upholstery and curtains to the stone flooring and lighting. The continuous wooden panelling adds warmth and creates a stronger sense of enclosure, while the fluted backdrop behind the bed brings in texture without making the space feel busy. A classic wingback chair adds a quieter layer of character and makes the space feel more lived in.

More than anything, we wanted the room to feel emotionally quiet while still carrying the refinement of a luxury home.

Luxury you feel begins with work you rarely see.

Hereโ€™s a behind-the-scenes look at this dining space during its finishing stages.

Ceiling detailing, wall mouldings, cabinetry, electrical points, polishing, and surface protection were all being carefully coordinated before the final handover.

What may look unfinished in this phase is actually where the space starts coming together through detailing, proportion, and ex*****on precision.

The process behind the polish.

Here, cooking feels like control, not chaos

We designed this kitchen as a calm system that cooks with you. Warm taupe cabinetry and continuous stone surfaces remove visual noise, while the handleless language keeps everything in flow. The U-shaped layout quietly organises movement between fridge, hob, and sink, so prep feels intuitive, almost automatic. Fluted glass adds texture without clutter.

Daily routines feel lighter when the space carries the calm for you.

Warning: this dining space may accidentally romanticise everyday dinners.

Muted tones keep the atmosphere visually calm, while layered stone, fabric, mirrors, and warm metallic accents bring richness without feeling excessive.

Rounded seating softens clean architectural lines, making the space feel inviting, comfortable, and naturally suited for long conversations.

Sculptural chandelier creates subtle drama overhead, while mirror panels bounce light across the room to enhance depth and openness.

Designed for candlelight moods, slow evenings,
and dinners that were never meant to end quickly.

What makes this project complex is also what makes it valuable.

At Marine House, we worked within an older structure that demanded precision at every stage. The process began with understanding what already existed, with responses shaped carefully on site as the work unfolded.

Every intervention was measured, adjusted, and aligned so it sat comfortably within the original frame. Decisions were continuously formed on site, guided by structure, detail, and context coming together. Strengthening was carried out without disturbing the balance, while the existing character was retained throughout.

Come behind the scenes of how the home came together, patiently, from the inside out.

This is what luxury looks like when it stops being loud and starts slowing you down.

We designed this space around that idea. Deep walnut tones and soft taupe shades set a warm, calming base, while subtle gold accents and marble bring in refinement without overwhelming the senses. Vertical wood panels bring rhythm to the walls and naturally draw the eye upward, making the room feel taller and more structured without adding weight. Soft hidden lighting runs through shelves and ceilings, shaping a calm glow that makes the space feel relaxed and intimate, especially as the day winds down.

So entering here feels like a deep breath at the end of the day.

Before this staircase became the statement piece of the spaceโ€ฆ
It was all dust, structure, and alignment work.

Come, letโ€™s go behind the scenes.

Every clean line you see today went through structural corrections, alignment checks, temporary supports, unfinished edges, marble detailing, and countless on-site decisions to get the final look just right.

From raw framework to sculptural architectural feature, this floating staircase slowly took shape through precision at every step.

The beauty was always in the precision.

Luxury starts hiding in the details if you look closely.

We framed mirror edges to keep things defined without breaking the flow, while fluted shutters soften the stone and bring in just the right amount of texture. Itโ€™s really the balance between smooth and tactile surfaces that gives the space its depth.

Concealed backlighting washes everything in a soft glow, and pendant forms step in only where a more intimate moment is needed. Lighting stays as atmosphere rather than fixture.

Each element quietly contributes to a refined vanity space

In a city that never slows down, calm becomes the real luxury.โœจ

Forty-nine floors above Mumbai, this home was designed as a quiet retreat above the city. Expansive volumes, uninterrupted ceiling heights, and full-height glazing pull light and sky deep into the home. The Panda marble staircase moves through all three levels like a sculptural spine, grounding the space with weight and continuity. Stone, engineered wood, onyx, brushed brass, and layered textiles create a quieter material language throughout the home. Social spaces feel open and breathable, while the private zones shift into softer lighting, deeper tones, and a more intimate atmosphere.

Even the terrace was imagined as a pause above the skyline.
A place to slow down, exhale, and disconnect from the city below.

We designed the space around openness without losing definition.

Vertical glass fins define zones without closing the space, maintaining transparency while adding subtle rhythm. Light moves freely through the living area, keeping it visually connected throughout. The staircase becomes a visual anchor, not a hidden function. Beige marble flooring runs uninterrupted, reinforcing continuity and spatial clarity. Stone-textured wall panels, soft upholstery, and wood detailing bring balance to the modern shell. Lighting is layered rather than decorative, shaping atmosphere through soft cove glow, focused spots, and a central chandelier. A controlled palette keeps the interior grounded, airy, and precise.

Itโ€™s designed so you justโ€ฆ move through it naturally.

This bedroom is designed not just for sleep, but to let your mind slow down.

We kept the bed perfectly centred to create instant visual balance the moment you enter. The wall behind the bed uses subtle recessed panelling, adding depth through shadow rather than ornamentation. Above, a tray ceiling with cove lighting softens the volume, making the ceiling feel lighter and less dominant. Floating bedside tables, slim lamps, and a minimal bench keep the floor visually open and reduce visual weight. A muted palette of whites, greys, and beige maintains calm continuity, while layered sheer curtains diffuse daylight into a soft, controlled glow.

The space is shaped to slow the mind, not engage it.
