What if your home could tell when you need to focus and when you need to switch off?
That idea shaped this interior.

At Arriva, we started with the family’s everyday routines and let them guide the design. The bedroom needed to feel restful, while the workspace had to be practical without making the room feel like an office.

The headboard flows into the wall, giving the room a strong focal point, while the work zone fits naturally alongside it.

The space works quietly in the background, keeping up with the way life moves through it.

Ever walked into a room that looked impressive, but felt strangely uninviting?

At Arriva, we believe good design starts with understanding what a space needs from the people who live in it. For Marine House, the generous proportions called for warmth, rhythm and a stronger sense of intimacy.

We worked with the architecture to soften the room’s scale, introducing layers and visual pauses that make the expansive volume feel more connected. The material palette brings warmth, while the detailing adds depth without competing with the space’s openness.

Every choice was considered for how it would shape how the room is seen, used, and lived in.

What makes a material worth choosing?
Hint: it’s not the price tag. Trending doesn’t either.

When we choose materials at Arriva, we look at what the space actually needs. How it will age, how it will be lived in and how it works with everything around it.

That’s why we chose this marble. Its softer veining brings movement without overwhelming the room, while the richer tones and stronger patterns add depth where the space can take a little more character.

Every home is made up of hundreds of decisions. The interesting part is why they were made.

At Arriva, we approached this luxury through the details that shape everyday living.

The curtains needed to offer privacy without cutting off natural light. Storage had to fit into the layout without taking over the room, so fluted cabinetry and brass handles turned a functional element into part of the interior architecture.

The material palette was considered in the same way. Matte finishes keep the cabinetry understated and practical, while a patterned backsplash adds depth. A quieter backdrop gives the blue upholstery and artwork room to stand out.

For us, residential interior design is as much about how a space works as how it looks. Layout, lighting, materials, storage and detailing all have a role to play.

Ever fallen in love with an interior design, only to feel underwhelmed once it’s built?
The difference often shows up in the ex*****on.
Stone edges that don’t meet cleanly. Joinery that sits slightly off.

Custom furniture with the wrong proportions.

Small details, but they change how the entire space feels.
That’s why we treat ex*****on as part of the design process, not something that comes after it.
We check measurements, alignments, joints, finishes and proportions at every stage to make sure the finished space reflects the original design.

Because bespoke interiors demand more than good design. They demand precision in how every detail is made and put together.

You see the finished home. We see everything that happened before it.

A big part of our work happens on site, long before a space is ready to photograph. We’re there to review what’s been done, go through the details, check that the materials and finishes are coming together as planned, and catch anything that needs to be corrected or reworked.

There are decisions to make, questions to answer, problems to solve, and plenty of moments where something looks fine at first glance but needs a closer look.

That’s why site visits are such an important part of our process. A design doesn’t stop at the drawing. We stay involved through ex*****on so that what finally gets built still feels like what we designed.

It may just look like another day on site.
For us, that’s where the work really counts.

Sometimes the best artwork in a room is the view outside.

We wanted the skyline to feel like a natural part of the room, so the curved glazing, rounded ceiling and low furniture all work together to keep the view open. Warm walnut, soft neutrals and stone bring a sense of warmth against the expansive glass, making the space feel calm, comfortable and quietly luxurious.

The seating is kept relaxed and conversational, while the layered lighting and integrated shelving add warmth and depth as the day changes. The idea was to create a space where you can sit back, take in the view and simply stay for a while.
