Archventil Architecture & Design Studio The process of collaboration begins with an intentional conversation.

We seek to understand the unique needs and desires of the client while balancing these demands with extensive market research. Sustainability and future property value appreciation are important elements we consider throughout the first exchange. When these needs have been adequately addressed, a first project proposal is developed outlining the main design features, cost projection, feasbility analysis, technological needs, budget contraints, upfront investment and extra costs associated with unique materials. The client is invited to be part of the exhange of ideas and can trust that active monitoring and carefuel attention to detail will be given in every aspect of the partnership- from the initial conversation to the final realization.

A closer look at the materials and textures of Project Pattari, the executive headquarters of Milu Group and Itay Properties in Milan.

From Dedar fabrics and JAB textiles to Wall&Decò wallpapers, Novacolor finishes and carefully selected furniture by Vitra, Sancal and Frezza, every element contributes to the character of the space.

A combination of colours, textures and custom details that brings different identities together within one coherent architectural language.

Milan changes from one neighbourhood to another, and so does the way we design within it.

Around Loreto and Città Studi, we have developed residential and commercial projects with very different identities, from private homes to executive headquarters and hospitality spaces. Different functions, different people, one evolving part of Milan.
