🇹🇷 **Tasting Istanbul** Some of Istanbul’s most fascinating stories are served at the table. On my latest visit in October, I followed those stories from a generous Turkish breakfast to Kadıköy’s market streets and the büryan ovens of Fatih. Along the way, I discovered how trade, migration and generations of cooks continue to shape the city’s flavours.

It also introduces the inspiration behind the first book “Istanbul, living museum of culinary heritage”, the first edition in my forthcoming series, **Destination: International Culinary Heritage**.
Bring your curiosity—and your appetite.
