NEW PROJECT: MANGAWHAI 🤎

A little look at the palette coming together for our new Mangawhai project.

We’re working with a beautifully warm and earthy combination of rich walnut, Four Seasons marble and brushed bronze, layering natural texture, movement and warmth throughout the spaces.

The bathroom design brings these elements together with warm tonal tiles, walnut joinery and brushed bronze detailing to create something that feels relaxed, sophisticated and timeless.

I’m loving seeing this palette come together and can’t wait to see this project come to life.

From factory floor to forever home 🤎
A little behind-the-scenes look at the pre-installation inspection for our Cheltenham, Devonport project.
Seeing the cabinetry assembled in the factory is always such an exciting stage. It’s where months of planning, detailing, material selections and conversations suddenly become something you can walk around and touch.
For this home, we’ve created a beautifully detailed kitchen with a soft, timeless timber palette and traditional framed cabinetry, designed specifically for the architecture of the house and the way our clients live.
Today was about inspecting the cabinetry with our clients, checking the details and making sure everything is just right before it leaves the factory and heads to site.

Next stop: installation. ✨
Can’t wait to see this kitchen come together in its Cheltenham home.

So thrilled to share this one 🤍

Our Cuvier Crescent bathroom has been awarded Highly Commended in the 2026 TIDA New Zealand Bathroom Awards.

This bathroom was all about creating something warm, refined and beautifully considered, from the rich timber vanity and aged brass detailing to the soft terrazzo and sculptural curves.
It’s incredibly rewarding to see this project recognised by the Trends Design Awards, and I’m so proud to have this beautiful space acknowledged amongst such inspiring design.

A day like this is always exciting on site. 🤍

Today was installation day for this stunning slab of Blanco Pampas marble. Getting it into position was no small feat. It had to be carefully unloaded from the truck, carried along the waterfront, through the client’s home, and finally manoeuvred into the ensuite bathroom.

Moments like these remind you that beautiful design is never created by one person alone. It takes a skilled team, careful planning, precision, and a lot of trust to bring a vision to life.

Watching everyone work together to install a piece this special is something I’ll never get tired of. I can’t wait to show you the finished space. ✨

This room was once home to bikes, washing racks, and general storage. It’s hard to believe the transformation! By reimagining the space as a functional scullery, bar, and entertaining area that opens directly onto the deck and outdoor fire, we’ve created a beautiful extension of the home. It now provides a second preparation area, an additional sink for washing up, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, making entertaining effortless while making the most of every square metre. ✨

A little behind-the-scenes of what happens before your dream kitchen arrives on site. 🤍

Today was cabinetry factory inspection day, checking every detail before installation, from grain matching and profiles to proportions and craftsmanship.

It’s one of the most important parts of my process because the little details make the biggest difference in the finished home.

I can’t wait to see this one installed!

This custom curved wall is taking shape in our client’s new ensuite bathroom and is already creating a softer, more inviting feel. We love incorporating architectural details like this that add character, improve flow, and bring a sense of calm to everyday spaces.
