Contemporary homes often feature open-plan layouts that lack a distinct foyer, leaving no clear sense of arrival. Yet an entryway does real work; it’s where keys get set down, shoes come off, and mail or bags disappear out of sight. Just as importantly, it offers a visual pause before stepping into the main living space and should be designed with the same intention and purpose as every other room. It’s a home’s true first impression.

Our Courtenay Development entryway is a perfect example of intentional design with practicality at the forefront.
