Meet the Team | Millie - International Sales & Administration

Millie keeps all the Nightworks Studio daily operations ticking, coordinating everything from initial client contact and international enquiries, through to logistics and ensuring every order reaches its destination seamlessly.

Millie wears many hats to keep our studio running smoothly—including being our resident studio DJ. 🎵

Outside the studio, Millie is the master of nail art, first to suggest matcha or a margarita, and is a DIY devotee with her home renovation projects underway. 💅🏻

We value her all-round support and "I'll sort it" mentality every single day.

We recently sat down with Olivia Round from Architecture, AU to discuss the significant risks and damage replica furniture and lighting pose to design projects.

It was important to us to share our experiences—not just for our own studio, but for the entire design community. By speaking out, we hope to champion our peers and fellow studios as we continue to advocate for the protection of original work.

We're excited to share that we're finalists in this years Best Awards Spatial Lighting category. ⭐️

The private residence in Ōtautahi Christchurch was designed by W2 and Nightworks Studio were commissioned directly to create a bespoke Code Cascade Pendant.

The custom cascade was crafted from Ōamaru stone, glass globes and Nightworks’ signature Midnight Brass rods. The Code collection references the dots and dashes of morse code, sitting effortlessly along brass rods that hang an impressive 5.5 metres from the ceiling.

Introducing The Haze Collection.
​
Haze is the latest pendant light collection designed by Nightworks Studio, formed from extruded glass and available in three configurations; single, double and triple.
​
Within each piece, glass forms are stacked and offset just slightly from one another, fracturing both the light and the silhouette into something layered and fragmented.
​
Supporting details are kept deliberately minimal—a superfine suspension cable and a small, flush ceiling canopy, so the glass remains the sole focus.
​
Haze can be installed individually, or grouped together in a cluster, building from a singular form into a more layered composition depending on the space.
