We love playing around with colours, shapes and lines, and we are also very hands on to make sure our designs are practical enough for your daily applications.

A mix of the raw and the refined, showcasing the range of potential the material of wood, could present itself to be.

Even though the items in view are arranged in an almost gallery-like fashion, with the white walls and neutral tiled flooring providing as background, the lighting however, takes on a more ambient approach - the living room softly illuminated by daylight diffusing through translucent blinds, and additionally, with a tunnelled embedded cove that runs through the perimeter for that warm, cosy feeling of home.

The essence of this kitchen space is basically a combination of vertically oriented rectangles, repeated and gradually scaled down in size.

From a solid volume in the form of the cabinets, minimised to the little glossy backsplash feature tiles, with form further abstracted into the fluted texture of the glass, the lined format emphasising height in a neat arrangement of geometry.

Little precise dots in the dropped-down ceiling provides a focused point of light from above, specifically highlighting the main task areas and leaving the surrounding in a dissipated glow, soft and ambient, that slowly melds into shadow.

Clean lines all across in many different forms, meticulously planned in seamless fashion.

Some to be drawn out and tucked in to divide and conceal, some drawn as boxes, neatly arranged side by side for storage to hide behind, and some manifest as rectangular voids to contain items to be easily accessed.

When faced with a unique layout to work with, the more the tendency should be, is to stray from what is the norm.

Aside from posing as a fun challenge to make the space work for the primary inhabitant(s), in this case, opening up the common areas widens the span of the space, allowing for ample circulation around the built-ins and furniture. Sharp corners are mediated by chamfers, which soften the edges and act as gentle slopes that suggest a flow of movement that feels naturally smooth as one navigates through the space, creating an uncommon-from-usual experience that is specific to its’ surroundings.

It’s always a luxury to dedicate an entire room purely for getting ready, and like many others, it’s’ decked out with a full vanity, ample wardrobe storage, and even a clothing rail for the freshly worn, ‘too soon for laundry’ pieces.

But beyond the regular bells and whistles, the design decisions took to put this together is a little more subtle and pragmatic.

This detail would probably go unnoticed, but to compensate for the loss of light coming from the full height windows, a cut out is made at the vanity to retain some of the sun rays into the room, and also additionally illuminated by embedded LEDs in the glass covered bag display and the vanity area.

Making use of every bit of available space within the open planned kitchen to fit a tabletop.

The standard cooking hobbyist/dinner party enthusiast types would know better, that there’s no such thing as enough counter space, especially so when it is a regular shared activity amongst friends and family to put a meal altogether where every inch of open surface can be maximised for multiple tasks.

However on the regular work day where the kitchen is less utilised, the fragmented arrangement in this case, helps to segregate the cooking/washing areas from the beverage bar, automatically assigning the use of each corner appropriately.

TL;DR if your kitchen can afford to have more counter space, it’s always beneficial to have more of it.

Everything is pretty simple and self-explanatory in this bathroom build - a modern black and grey theme with a singular selection of dark grey stone tiled from top to bottom, the half-wall/half-glass shower partition to maximise light exposure from the window and keep water contained, and the smart use of a one-piece countertop sink moulded with curves to reduce mould accumulation and make for easy cleaning.

Even the lighting is just optimally planned to illuminate task areas sufficiently, with enough shadows to induce that relaxing mood. Less is really more in this case, and with proper planning and ex*****on, rest assured you’d be guaranteed the ideal standard.

Wood and stone meet in this contrasting combination of light cream and dark brown, with built-ins designed to coordinate with the store bought pieces by incorporating similar shapes of rounded edges and embedded rectangular handles, matching the intended style of sophistication and subtle luxury.

A tonal variation of greys is added to the mix in the form of the primary kitchen counter, standing out slightly as the focal point with its textural qualities, albeit selected tastefully in a colour that still maintains the understated, monochromatic palette.
