Condo | 1+1 bedroom
Designer | Sam

A compact condo at Robinson Suites, planned so that no single inch is left to chance. A raised platform holds the bed above full-height storage. In the second bedroom, a loft bed sits over a built-in desk, with a lift-top section that opens into a vanity. Pale oak, dark walnut doors, and a few brass accents repeat throughout, so a small footprint reads as a calm, unhurried one.

Condo | Loft | 3 bedroom PH
Designer | Sam

A double-height loft at Terra Hill, planned around one dark walnut and one pale stone. Walnut joinery runs from the kitchen island through the backlit media wall and up to the loft study, where a long double desk sits under lit shelving. The bedroom keeps the same palette, with a fluted headboard wall, a brushed brass inlay, and a vanity set against a single panel of black veined marble. Every material is chosen once and carried through, so the plan reads as one home and not a room-by-room set of finishes.

Warm timber, exposed brick and softly lit ceilings set the tone for this home. In the kitchen, walnut-toned base cabinets sit beneath white Shaker-style uppers and a textured brick backsplash. The bathrooms pair green vertical tiles with brushed-gold fittings and oval mirrors. A floating timber staircase against a hand-textured wall completes the space, bringing character and calm in equal measure.

The Mind Design has been awarded the 2026 RCMA People's Choice Award.

We are honoured to receive this recognition at this year's RCMA Awards. As its name suggests, the People's Choice Award reflects what we value above any design accolade: the confidence of the homeowners who trust us with their homes.

A full home renovation is one of the most significant investments a household will make. That is why every Mind Design project rests on the same foundation: a considered design process, itemised quotations, clearly defined timelines, and one team accountable from the first consultation to the final handover.

Our sincere thanks to every client who has opened their home to us, to our designers and craftsmen whose care shows in every detail, and to RCMA for this recognition.

"We were careful with the ID selection process and actually met up with 10 firms before deciding to go with The Mind Design." Comparing a few firms before deciding is the norm, not the exception — this is what the process looks like when it lands on the right one.

Sculptural Living: Blending Vertical Architecture with Warm Japandi Elegance.

High-ceiling spaces are all about creating fluid vertical motion without sacrificing cozy, homey warmth. In this condo loft showcase at Lumina Grand, we designed a floating spiral staircase with white slender balusters and warm timber treads, turning a functional pathway into a striking focal point. 🌿✨

A media wall is never just carpentry — fluted panelling, a backlit display column, and the AV wiring behind the screen all had to land in sequence. A glass-walled office pod touches five trades at once: structural glazing, flooring, electrical, HVAC, and joinery, coordinated to close up in the same week. That's what "single point of contact" actually means in practice — one person carrying every trade, so nothing falls through the gap between them.

DM us to see how coordination works, project by project.

Architectural Symmetry: Elevating the Vertical Volume.

High-ceiling layouts demand a precise visual balance so the space feels expansive, never cramped. In this condo loft transformation, we utilized symmetrical perimeter lighting and clean geometric lines to guide the eye seamlessly from the ground-floor lounge up to the private loft suite. 🏛️✨
