$350 psf vs $550 psf — cheaper means better deal? 👀💰

Not necessarily. When comparing landed construction quotations, don’t just look at the number — look at what’s actually included. The podcast specifically discusses why a $350 psf quote can be a red flag compared with prevailing $450–$550 psf pricing and inclusions.

🏡 Cheap on paper doesn’t always mean cheaper at the end.

What does an office designed for Outcasts SG look like? 👀

Definitely not your typical office 😂

From the lounge and filming studio to the pantry and work areas, every part of the space was planned around how the team works, creates content and spends their day — while still keeping that unmistakable Outcasts personality.

In this full office tour, 怪咖 Outcasts brings us around their new space and shares what they love about the renovation.

A workspace that feels unmistakably Outcasts!

For the new 怪咖 Outcasts office, they wanted the space to be practical for everyday work and content creation, while still letting their personality come through.

From the colourful lounge and flexible studio to the pantry, work areas and little corners in between, each space was planned around how the team actually uses the office.

Clean, functional, but definitely not boring. 😂

$70K deposit paid… then the builder disappeared. 😳💸

Permits approved, deposit paid — then months went by without the builder showing up. This was what happened to one homeowner.

When it comes to landed construction, who you engage matters just as much as how much they quote.

For this homeowner, it’s a space that feels familiar, yet completely his own.

Drawing inspiration from Peranakan heritage, local culture and the Singapore we know today, our designers brought these influences together in a way that feels warm, contemporary and deeply personal.

Rich timber, bold patterns and carefully curated details give the home its character, while keeping it inviting and comfortable for everyday living.

There’s a story behind every design choice. ✨ Watch the full home tour to discover it.
