Had a good weekend at Hoots for the 1st annual Outlaw BBQ association took 9th place ribs, 12th Brisket, and chicken 🤷‍♂️ thanks to everyone that came out to support!

I’m honored to have the opportunity to visit the schools in Mansfield today and help teach the next generation of the BBQ world. These kids are getting hands on experience trimming briskets, chicken, and ribs, while also learning how to properly start fires in the pits and manage cooking temperatures the right way. It’s great to see young people interested in learning the craft, hard work, and passion that goes into real BBQ.
