What a pleasure it was getting in the kitchen and throwing down with my brothers and fellow Alaska Adventure Chefs, Kevin and Shaun.

There’s something special about working alongside chefs who share the same passion for great food, hospitality, and creating an experience people will remember long after the last plate leaves the table.

From Alaska oysters and king crab to Wagyu, summer harvest flavors, and dessert, this wasn’t just about preparing a meal. It was about teamwork, creativity, ex*****on, and showcasing what an elevated Alaska culinary experience can look like.

CONFESSION TIME… 👀

One of our Stella Mae’s family members admitted something to me that I’ve heard more than once…

“Keith… I haven’t told a single friend about Stella Mae’s.”

Not because he doesn’t believe in us.

Because he doesn’t want to share the secret. 😂

Every time he cooks, people ask:
“What are you doing differently?”

The answer is sitting right there in the seasoning cabinet.

These beef ribs and pork shoulders weren’t made for a competition… they were made because his family and their friends absolutely devour everything that comes off his smoker.

That’s the goal.

Not to overpower the food.
Not to hide behind heat.

To create layers of flavor that make people stop mid-bite and wonder what just happened.

We love hearing confessions like this… but eventually you’ve got to let your friends in on the secret. 😅
