Nobody talks about this part.
The part where your legs are already cooked from lunges, leg curls, and leg extensions.
The part where every rep feels heavier than the last.
The part where you realize you don’t have a spotter… and you’re not sure how you’re getting out of the set.
These Shark Machine squats weren’t impressive because of the weight.
They were impressive because I almost couldn’t rack it.
My legs were so exhausted that lifting the weight high enough to lock it back in place became the hardest rep of the entire workout.
That’s the difference between training and testing.
Training is when everything goes according to plan.
Testing is when your body says, “We’re done,” and your mind has to make the final decision.
No motivational speech.
No dramatic music.
Just a simple choice:
Quit… or find a way.
Today, we found a way.
