Look closer.

Union Terminal Warehouse carries more than a century of history in its details. Once a working warehouse, the building has been thoughtfully transformed into a new chapter while preserving the character that made it distinctive.

From original architectural elements to the marks left by its past, these details tell the story of where the building has been — and where it’s going next.

🎉 Celebrating 10 years of Jamie & Alexandra!

Today, we got to celebrate two incredible milestones at Focus Design- Jamie and Alexandra’s 10-year anniversaries!

For a decade, they have brought their talent, dedication, and unique perspective to our team. We’re so grateful for the impact they’ve made, the relationships they’ve built, and the countless ways they’ve helped make Focus what it is today.

Thank you, Jamie and Alexandra, for 10 amazing years! Here’s to everything you’ve accomplished and all that’s still ahead. 🥂

We’re so lucky to have you both on the Focus team!

Happy National Intern Day!

We’re so grateful to have Amelia with us this summer! She’s been a great addition to the Focus team, and we’re so glad she’s spending her summer learning and growing with us.

One of our favorite parts of Amelia’s story is how she found Focus. After interning with us last summer, Ellie had such a great experience that she encouraged her childhood friend to apply. Now, Ellie is part of the Focus team full-time, and Amelia is continuing the tradition as this summer’s intern.

The biggest compliment we can receive is when someone enjoys their experience enough to recommend us to someone they care about- and we’re so thankful that Ellie did!

Designed to feel like home.

At Silas Park, we layered warm wood tones, soft textures, and timeless furnishings to create spaces that feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

Every room was thoughtfully designed to help future residents picture their everyday life here—and that’s what great model home design is all about.
