Same designer. Two rooms that couldn’t feel more opposite. 🤍🖤
One we kept bright and airy — veined marble, warm oak, brass, light pouring in. The other we took fully moody — deep plum walls, a checkered marble floor, brass glowing in the dark.

Before you commit to a paint color, run through these 5 things first. 🤍

The swatch is the easy part. What actually determines whether a color sings or falls flat is everything around it — the undertones hiding in your “simple” white, the way north vs. south light shifts a room hour by hour, your flooring, your fixtures, your finishes.

A color that looks perfect on a chip can read completely different once it’s living next to your walnut cabinets and morning sun. That’s the difference between a color you tolerate and one you love.

As an interior design studio, we build every kitchen around its material first: a bold slab of natural stone, then warm walnut, brass hardware, and layered light to bring it home.
