With how gangbuster these green (and purple) beans are growing, you'd never know a shed landed on top of them 3 weeks ago!

In the last 3 days, we harvested over 17lb of them (two five-gallon buckets full!). Some went to Early Bird Market fresh, and the rest we're preparing for freeze-drying.
