Dear Lumberman's Friends,
We have some exciting news to share with you!
After months of hard work, late nights, and more cups of coffee than we can count, Café Louie is officially opening Halloween weekend, October 31 & November 1!
If you've visited Lumberman's over the past year, you've probably heard us talk about our plans for the garden level below the shop. What started as a dream to create a neighborhood café has slowly come to life, and we can hardly believe we're finally getting to open the doors.
Café Louie is located just below Lumberman's Mercantile and will serve espresso, coffee, tea, matcha, pastries, quiche, and a few other little things we think you'll love. We've poured so much of ourselves into restoring this space and creating somewhere you can slow down, meet a friend, enjoy a good cup of coffee, and feel right at home.
We'd love for you to join us for our Grand Opening Weekend!
Saturday, October 31 | 8 AM–5 PM
Sunday, November 1 | 8 AM–5 PM
Our regular hours following opening weekend will be Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 8 AM–5 PM.
More than anything, we wanted to share this news with all of you because you've been such an important part of our journey.
When Stephen and I opened Lumberman's, we hoped to create more than just a shop. We wanted to build a place where people felt welcome, where we could get to know our customers, and where our little corner of Midland Street could become something special.
Over the past year, so many of you have become familiar faces and friends. You've supported our small business, encouraged us through this next project, and reminded us why we took this leap in the first place.
We truly couldn't be more grateful.
We hope Café Louie becomes another place where we get to see you often, catch up over coffee, and continue building the wonderful community that's grown around Lumberman's.
