What happens when you use one company for your security and another company for you AV and Smart Home?

You get a smart home with a touchscreen that controls the TV and sound but not the alarm or cameras. You can not use alarm to trigger lights. You can not use the smart light switches to control the alarm. You can not view cameras on TV's. The list goes on and on and it happens way too much in Billings.

At least this customer called us a few years after to make it all work together.
