Just broke ground in Great Falls, Montana.

10 years ago if you told me we'd build in that town I'd have called you crazy.

I used to think scaling meant chasing new towns. It doesn't.

Told everyone in January I was running a half marathon.

Did zero training.

Tomorrow's tee time at Yellowstone is already earned. The week was won before it started.

Coaching call done. Week planned. Monday through Friday dialed in before I ever hit a fairway, and that's why I can enjoy Saturdays like this one coming up.

Most builders think the grind means working harder on site. It's really about being strategic before you leave the house. Do that first, and you earn the round of golf.
