Scientists recently combined the DNA of a cheetah with the DNA of a crab. Things went sideways really fast. 🦀🐆🤣

It’s the beginning of picnic season and The Carriage Place has some wonderful picnic baskets you could use to carry your goodies. Speaking of goodies, you can even find delicious jarred pickles, fruits, and vegetables at the co-op to make your picnic a hit. We also have a wide assortment of gathering and serving baskets that will look great filled with summer flowers. Enjoy a stroll through our friendly shop and discover awesome antiques, vintage collectibles, and unique and original crafted jewelry, home decor, and fashion accessories.

What do you get when you cross a fish with an elephant? Swimming trunks. 🐠🐘🤣

Like the elephants at The Carriage Place, you’ll never forget your visit to our friendly co-op and the terrific treasures you will find. We have 6,000 sq. ft. filled with antique and vintage furniture, ceramic and glass vases, dishes, and figurines by such makers as McCoy, Fenton, Goebel, and other collectibles to make any collector happy. You’ll enjoy venturing up and down our aisles and discovering beautifully crafted jewelry, wardrobe accessories, birdhouses, faux floral decor, and crafting supplies.

My husband and I drove a thousand miles to visit family. My uncle asked if we took turns driving. I said, “Of course. It was too hard to get here in a straight line.” 🚗🤣

Summer will officially begin on June 21, but we’ve already experienced a taste of it. Another taste of summer is a tall pitcher of cold lemonade just like mom used to make. The Carriage Place has a great selection of nostalgic pitchers to choose from that would dress up your picnic table. Our friendly co-op is a terrific place to find all kinds of nostalgic and collectible treasures to give character to any home. You’ll also appreciate the talents of many of our vendors who craft jewelry, wardrobe accessories, faux floral arrangements, birdhouses and so much more for you to enjoy.

For your search for that perfect treasure, we’ll be open every Wednesday thru Sunday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. We hope you’ll stop in and see us and go on a treasure hunt. 😁

Why are spiders so smart? They can find anything on the web.
Today we are featuring a few of our smaller vendors and those with shelves. We have Maddy with her amazing watercolor art and she is selling both Prints and Originals. She is a local artis located in the Rochester area. We have Bob #390 who creates one of a kind Bird house, Maxine #27 with suncatchers, ornaments and baby gift items. Linda #715 with Avon, Jim Shore and other unique items. Lastly Vendor #36 with David Winter cottages vintage glass, dishes and vintage items.

Join us for a workshop and learn all kinds of arts and crafts projects. We teach decoupage techniques, resin art, flower arranging, painting, junk journaling, book folding, resin jewelry, button art, and so much more.

Today, we’re featuring our last vendor highlight: Penny #555. She loves antique buttons, creating button art, and teaching classes. She also has a keen eye for unique antiques and collectibles. Penny is becoming well known for her amazing folded and rolled neck tie necklaces.
Additionally, we have wonderful antique and vintage furniture, ceramic, glass, and porcelain vases, dishes, and figurines, and workshop tools. You’ll love the unique and skillfully crafted faux floral decor, wardrobe accessories, and jewelry made by our talented vendors.

I inherited my great-grandfather’s antique wig-making equipment.
It’s a family hairloom.

Today we are featuring Robin Booth #72, this is her second booth. Her space is filled with all kinds of collectibles and small antiques. From Cherish Memories, Precious Moments, Depression glass plates, cups and dishes, Beer mugs and Mirrors and so much more. With nicer weather upon us, now is the perfect time to take a ride out to our friendly co-op to find a treasure or two.
