Creativity and community are coming together at Prisma Artist Lofts, in the historic heart of Pomona's bustling downtown arts scene.

JAG Interiors is proud to partner with National CORE on these affordable apartments, where vibrant artistic influences will be thoughtfully woven throughout the resident experience. Inspired by the project's bold public art and imaginative spirit, the common area design will balance color, texture and light in comfortable, welcoming interior and exterior spaces where residents can gather to connect and create.

When completed in Winter 2026, Prisma Artist Lofts will provide 75 homes — including 15 live/work lofts — with private balconies, resident lounges on each floor, a stunning courtyard, an on-site gallery celebrating local artwork and extensive onsite supportive services.

We look forward to sharing our progress as the vision takes shape.

The JAG team’s expertise in sourcing materials, furnishings and artwork — combined with a thoughtful approach to color, texture and functionality — helps shape affordable housing communities that are stylish, comfortable and durable. Their work on META Housing’s Metro @ Florence is a perfect example.

From the rooftop deck and central courtyard to the interior gathering areas, JAG’s design encourages interaction among residents and enhances their everyday experience.

Adjacent to the A Line’s Florence Station in East Los Angeles, the transit-oriented community reflects Meta’s longstanding commitment to creating housing tailored to the needs of the neighborhoods it serves — in this case, 158 homes that support accessibility, connection and long-term stability.

At Pointe Common in Fullerton, standout design from JAG Interiors creates memorable moments for kids:

• Hexagonal nooks for reading, daydreaming or catching up with a friend
• Soft, sculptural furniture that’s fun, safe and tactile
• Open space pairs with a padded floor covering to support active play
• A colorful wall mural sparks imagination.

The JAG team is proud to partner once again on another transformational affordable community from Meta Housing Corporation.

Moments from the LAFH 2026 Awards ✨

Another meaningful night in the books for the JAG team. Over 300 partners, supporters, and community members came together at the Skirball Cultural Center for an evening of powerful stories — and raised nearly $1.3 million to help more individuals and families find stable housing.

Grateful to LA Family Housing for the work they do and for putting together such an impactful night.

Recently, our team had the privilege of attending SoLa Foundation's 4th Annual Gala, Cirque du SoLa, and we’re still talking about it!

Aerial performers, a live marching band, and a room full of people who care as deeply about this city as we do. Nights like this are a great reminder of how important it is to show up for our community.

Thank you to the SoLa team for everything you’re building in South LA through SoLa Impact. We feel lucky to be part of it and look forward to what’s next.

California is at a critical moment in its budget process. Without sustained investment in affordable housing and homelessness programs, the state risks fewer homes, increased homelessness, and lost economic opportunity.

With previous bond funding depleted and new bond resources unavailable until at least 2027, General Fund investments are essential to meet immediate needs.

A coalition of over 100 organizations is urging the Legislature to invest at least $3.3 billion in these programs.

Now is the time to act. Contact Senate Budget Sub-4 members ahead of the April 30th hearing and make your voice heard: tinyurl.com/CAHousingBudget2026

At the Maxine Lewis Apartments — a new permanent supportive housing community in San Luis Obispo — history comes full circle.

Maxine Lewis moved to San Luis Obispo County in 1959 with her eight children and spent decades supporting her neighborhood. In 1968, she founded an assistance organization that expanded access to housing, education and essential services for low-income residents and those experiencing homelessness — including a shelter named in her honor.

Today, her legacy continues. The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO) has transformed the former shelter site into affordable apartments that provide stability alongside supportive services.

JAG Interiors furnished the common areas and all 39 residences, creating comfortable, functional environments designed to enhance everyday living. The restored historic house now serves as a welcoming administrative hub, while the community room offers residents an expansive space to relax and connect.

Maxine Lewis Apartments — a fitting tribute to a lifetime of service.
