Quebec Seasoning - great for more than steak! For simple, crispy, amazing, oven roasted chicken wings:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
3-4 pounds wings - dry with paper towel
2 tbsp FlipFresh Quebec Seasoning
2 tbsp baking powder
Combine in bowl
Toss wings in bowl, fully coat them
Place on wire racks in 2 sheet pans
Roast for 30 minutes turning once

How the ‘sausage’ is made. It takes (me) lots and lots of prototypes to get it right. Materials, spacing of jars, depth of jar indentations to maximize magnet strength, size snd metal for steel disks, size of mortar and pestle, highest quality turntable for friction-free spin, size and weight of base so it can’t tip, type of finish (Danish Oil), wood dowels to keep lid in place, type of epoxy and wood glue..

I now have a world of respect for Chinese engineers who churn this stuff out.
