This gorgeous Arts & Crafts-style home in Santa Cruz at 1120 King St showcases the craftsmanship & attention to detail that defined architectural tradition from the Julia Morgan era. Built in 1920, this home was designed by Walter Byrne, who built it for himself, with natural materials, handcrafted woodwork, exposed beams, & custom built-ins. This was a treat to stage! We were able to use some of the seller’s beautiful rugs and decor and blend it with our own decor to create a warm and inviting look and feel. As always, thank you to local artist David Fleming (🙏) for the use of his paintings. This one of a kind paintings are perfect for such a I one of a kind home!
