THEY'RE BACK. 🔥

Shredded beef loaded tacos are on the menu and Cedar City — you are NOT ready for these.

Slow smoked beef, pulled apart and piled high on a tortilla that's barely holding it together. Topped with my street corn, fresh slaw, and finished with a BBQ drizzle that ties the whole thing together in the most ridiculous way possible.

2 per plate. And they are GINORMOUS. 🤯

Calling an audible, Cedar City. 🔥

We ran out of brisket this week — but don't you worry, because look what's on the smoker instead. 👇
