Introducing The Collected & Co. 🍂

An extension of Sugarbush Lane, rooted in the same appreciation for old things, storied homes, and pieces chosen with intention.

This fall, The Collected & Co. x Sugarbush Lane will take up residence at Waverly Square Antiques, offering an ever-changing collection devoted exclusively to antique & vintage finds — beautiful objects that give a home its sense of history.

While The Collected & Co. becomes our year-round home for antique and vintage offerings at Waverly Square, Sugarbush Lane Mercantile will continue to open its farmhouse doors for a small number of thoughtfully curated pop-up events throughout the year.

Two expressions of the same point of view. ✨

There is something about that early summer feeling in the country.

An old flag on the barn. White hydrangeas in a pitcher. Blue transferware on the table. A quiet evening gathering with nowhere else to be.

We’re busy getting Sugarbush Lane ready for this weekend’s opening, filling the shop with antiques and vintage pieces that feel just like home.

Join us during Charlton’s annual Founders Day weekend as we celebrate Americana style—the timeless traditions, simple gatherings, and pieces that tell the story of home.

Open this weekend. 🇺🇸🤍

This time of year always tugs at my heart. The shop has become a little haven where community, tradition, and the simple joys of Christmas seem to glow a bit brighter. ✨🎄

Although the holiday season is just beginning to unfold all around us, the shop’s season will wrap up a little earlier this year.

As the season settles in, I’m reminded to slow down—to draw my family close, cherish the quiet moments, and hold tight to what matters most. 🤍

Just a few open days remain—this weekend, November 22 & 23, and our final weekend for the shop this year will be November 29 & 30. 🎁

A corner filled with vintage winter charm — wooden skis & poles with a past, leather-strap snowshoes that have seen real trails, classic plaid, thermoses ready for cocoa, woven baskets, little trees and ornaments that feel like keepsakes.

A woodsy, nostalgic holiday moment at Sugarbush Lane. 🤍🌲✨

This first snowfall feels magical — quiet, glistening, and full of that simple kind of wonder — just like it would in Bedford Falls. ❄️✨

If you stopped by this weekend, you’d notice a touch of inspiration woven throughout the shop this holiday season — a heartfelt homage to “It’s a Wonderful Life.”

A reminder of what this time of year is really about — community, kindness, and finding joy in the simple things. 🤍

So grateful for everyone who stopped by and shared in the holiday magic with us this weekend. Each visit, conversation, and smile is what truly brings this old house to life. We’re already looking forward to welcoming you back on November 22 for our next open house event. 🎄

POV: when your dreams become reality ✨

From a look back at Christmases past to now — a dream come true — seeing even one small (but so exciting*) photo feature in this year’s Country Living Holiday Magazine feels surreal.

One of the biggest reasons for opening Sugarbush Lane was to share the history of this beautiful old home with others. Opening the dining room — so rich with centuries of stories — for special holiday events each year has been one of the most meaningful ways to do just that.

This was the very first collaborative event that Darien from Pantry Hill and I hosted together, and we’re beyond excited to welcome you back this season on November 22.

To sit by the fire with my coffee this morning and see this storied room featured in one of my favorite publications… it’s a moment I’ll never forget. 🤍

✨ Bows are being tied, garland is being hung, and the shop is filling with the magic of the season.

The holiday season has arrived at Sugarbush Lane Mercantile, and the shop is aglow with vintage charm once again.

This year, we’ll be open for special holiday events + pop-up weekends in lieu of regular hours — the shop features a beautifully curated holiday collection filled with seasonal antiques, vintage treasures, and thoughtful gift items, all surrounded by cozy festive décor.

As a small shop with decor in limited quantities and one-of-a-kind antique and vintage items, each visit offers something new to discover and cherish.

✨ Continue making Sugarbush Lane part of your holiday tradition — stop by, soak in the season, and find your one-of-a-kind treasure.

🍂 Fall in the Northeast has a way of making every corner of a historic home feel alive with the season — but there’s nothing quite like the front door. Welcoming you in from the crisp air while pumpkins, mums, cornstalks, and sprigs of goldenrod turn the entry into a warm invitation to linger. It’s the kind of view that makes you pause, breathe a little deeper, and fall in love with autumn all over again. ✨

This season we once again picked up all of our pumpkins from Tiashoke: Farm, Store & More — and they never disappoint! A drive through the rolling countryside of Washington County leads you to their farm, where you’ll find not only a wide variety of pumpkins, but also fresh-made foods, a charming farm store, and even a little antique picking. Well worth the visit to a local family-run farm with a lot of heart! 🍂
