Before it was a brand, it was my name. Paulette-Maray is my middle name, inspired by my grandmothers, Pauline and Mary. Today, I carry that connection into Paulette Maray, my collection of premium bedding and home fragrances at Polished Kitchen & Home.

This is personal. It’s about more than a beautifully made bed or a favorite fragrance. It’s about creating a home that welcomes you back and makes room for rest.

I’m Janine, the founder. I’m glad you found Polished. Make yourself at home. 🤎

If your bedroom needs a softer look, start with the bed.

I added the Cloudnote Teddy Velvet Platform Bed to Polished because the teddy-textured headboard brings warmth without making the room feel too busy. The headboard adjusts, the metal platform supports your mattress without a box spring, and there's space underneath for storage. Available in Full and Queen.

Polished was on the runway today at Marché Privé Chicago for Chicago Fashion Week® 🤎

I brought Paulette Maray bedding and home fragrance to Marché Privé during Chicago Fashion Week. I love these moments because people can see the details, feel the bedding and experience the fragrances in person.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and shopped with Polished!

And if you found us at the event, what you saw was just one part of the store. I'm curating furniture, lighting, rugs, dinnerware and décor for the whole home.

If your bedroom or guest room needs more closet space, this is worth a look.

I added the Amari Open Wardrobe to Polished because it does the practical work without needing a built-in closet. There’s room for hanging clothes, four drawers, open shelving, and hooks for bags and accessories. It's an easy way to give everything its own place.

A small limited release just landed at Polished.

I brought in 5 Senegalese handwoven basket sets, each made by women in Senegal and finished with the kind of color, texture and handmade variation that makes every piece feel a little different.

Each $68 set includes: a shallow woven basket + coordinating lidded basket. Available in Orange, Turquoise, Purple, White and Black. There is only one set in each color for this first release. If they sell, I may bring in more.

Shop the Senegalese Handwoven Basket Set at Polished.
