A flower with a whole mythology behind it… 🌷💫
Did you know the Protea was named after Proteus, the Greek god of the sea who could change his form whenever he wanted?
And honestly… what a fitting name for a flower that represents so much of what it means to evolve.
The Protea symbolizes:
✨ Transformation — becoming who you’re meant to be 💪 Strength & courage — standing tall through the hard seasons 🌈 Uniqueness — no two blooms are exactly alike 🔥 Resilience — some varieties can even bloom again after wildfires
With 1,500+ species, the Protea is basically nature’s reminder that there’s no one “right” way to bloom.
You can change. You can grow. You can start over. You can look completely different than you did before…
…and still be becoming something beautiful. 🌸
Save this as your reminder: you don’t have to stay the same to be beautiful. 😊
