Breakfast for dinner 😋 sausage gravy over biscuits and scrambled eggs. Gotta have some sliced tomato to go with it. Only thing I regret was I had to rely on canned biscuits, this time.

My garden Memories. I miss having a garden and being able to can fresh produce from it. I had so many varieties of heirloom tomatoes that year. The little jars were a yellow squash relish I made. It was so good with a bowl of soup beans and cornbread.

Oven roasted pork butt and potatoes, lima beans, sliced beets, campari tomatoes and green onion.

Blackened, pan seared pork loin chop, potatoes and onions cooked in the pan drippings, a doctored up can of collard greens, hot water cornbread and some fresh green onions on the side.

Memorial weekend dinner at brother's house. He smoked us some ribs, made an Italian pasta salad and grilled some fresh yellow squash that I brought. I didn't do much for this meal except cut up a tomato, roast some corn in the air fryer, and I brought a whole roasted onion from my sheet pan dinner the night before. Onion was just for him.
