Hospitality Design just published a beautiful feature on Cincinnati's Fidelity Hotel, and we could not be more proud of how this project has come to life.
Opening this July inside the historic Gwynne Building, a 13-story Beaux-Arts landmark originally built in 1913, the hotel channels Cincinnati's historical identity as the Paris of America through natural marble floors, bold wallcoverings, curated local art, and a mix of vintage and modern furnishings that feel as residential as they do refined.
It was an honor to dive into the building's archival drawings and historic records to ensure every decision honored the it's legacy while creating something genuinely new. From the reinstated vaulted lobby to the apartment-style guest rooms to the Vanderbilt Ballroom with its sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows, this one was a labor of love.
Congrats to the entire Looney & Associates team as well as our partners below on this landmark achievement.
