This family room project really went through an amazing transformation. Our scope- to completely re-do this space in a Lakewood Colonial home, for a family with three kids. Everything needed to be extremely durable while also inviting, comfortable and functional. The biggest challenge on this project was we ordered most of the furniture during the height of COVID when lead times were out of control. My client jokingly said that her 9 month pregnancy was quicker than the sectional's lead time. Luckily lead times have returned back to normal but the memorable story and Before and Afters behind this room is one for the books!

This dining room was designed for the sweetest family in Lakewood. We incorporated a mix of classic traditional with subtle modern elements. Everything in here is also highly durable for this family with three kids who use this dining room also as their breakfast room. Photos by K8 Creative
