✨ Meet Shalean – One of the Friendly Faces at Accent Floors & Design! ✨

Shalean is always happy to help you bring your vision to life! Whether it’s introducing you to a color you never would have considered or making that perfect suggestion to put your mind at ease, she loves helping customers create something a little different and unique for their homes! 🏡❤️

She’s incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and has an eye for all those little things that others might overlook. She truly enjoys helping you find the perfect selections to make your space feel like YOU!

When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Shalean spending time with her dog, Rose, enjoying a bike ride together, or out Jeepin’ with her husband, Jason! 🐶🚲🚙 And trust us, if you get her talking about Rose or their latest Jeep adventure, you’re in for a good conversation! ❤️

Shalean brings creativity, attention to detail, and a personal touch to everything she does, and we’re lucky to have her as part of our Accent family! ❤️

Next time you’re in the showroom, be sure to say hello to Shalean!

✨ Meet Emma – The Little Firecracker Behind Accent Floors & Design! ✨

Emma is our Operations Manager and one of the driving forces behind keeping Accent Floors & Design running smoothly every day!

Don’t let her small size fool you! What Emma lacks in height, she makes up for with a big personality, endless energy, a little sass (okay, maybe a lot 😂), and a whole lot of heart! ❤️

Whether she’s juggling schedules, coordinating projects, making sure every little detail is taken care of, or jumping on the forklift in the warehouse, Emma isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and get things done!

She’s a perfectionist at heart and takes pride in making sure every project is handled with care. She genuinely wants every customer to love their finished space and treats each project as if it were her own home. And while she may be a little feisty at times, it’s only because she cares so much about getting things right! 😉

When she’s not keeping everyone on their toes at Accent, Emma’s favorite job is being a wife to her husband, Brandon, and mom to their children . ❤️ Her family is her world, and when they’re not running from one activity to the next, you’ll likely find them enjoying time together on the water, paddleboarding, and soaking up the sunshine! ☀️

Emma brings energy, laughter, determination, and a whole lot of personality to our Accent family. She may be little, but she sure is mighty! ❤️

Next time you’re in the showroom, be sure to say hello to Emma! Just be prepared for a little sass and a whole lot of laughs! 😂

✨ Meet Stephen – The Heart Behind Accent Floors & Design! ✨

Stephen is the proud owner of Accent Floors & Design, taking over the business in 2008! Before becoming a business owner, Stephen worked as a tile setter, bringing years of hands-on experience and knowledge into the flooring industry.

Behind Stephen is his wonderful wife and two children, who have supported him throughout his journey of growing Accent Floors & Design into what it is today. ❤️

In fact, his children have quite literally grown up in the store! From the time they were little, tagging along with their mom on material pickups in Spokane, to spending countless hours around the showroom, Accent has always been a part of their lives. The hope is that one day they’ll be fully involved in the family business, and maybe someday their own children will be running around the store and helping out, just like they did. After all, that’s what a family business is all about — building something that can be passed down for generations! ❤️

Stephen has worked hard to create more than just a flooring store. He’s built a place that truly feels like family, not only for those of us lucky enough to work here, but for everyone who walks through our doors.

If you’ve ever met Stephen, you know he has a way of making you feel like he’s known you forever. Before you know it, you’re laughing, sharing stories, and feeling like part of the Accent family!

That’s what makes Accent Floors & Design so special. It’s more than just floors, it’s family, friendships, and a whole lot of heart! ❤️

Next time you’re in, make sure to say hi to Stephen!

🐾 Meet Groot, our official greeter at Accent Floors & Design! 🐾

If you stop by our showroom, chances are the first friendly face you’ll see is Groot! 🐶❤️

He LOVES attention, is super friendly, and promises not to jump on you! However, we can’t promise he won’t expect you to pet him the entire time you’re here. 😂

We’ve even had customers come in when Groot isn’t here and joke that they wish they hadn’t come either! 🤣🐾

So next time you stop by, be sure to say hi to Groot! He’s always happy to welcome you (and collect a few belly rubs along the way)! ❤️
