What a beautiful kitchen and fireplace remodel we just finished!

A log cabin retreat in the mountains!

After a fire to this multigenerational home, we reworked the floor plan for better flow, raised the ceiling height on the second floor, and added clerestory and full-height windows to brighten this small cabin.

Believe it or not, there are four bedrooms in this 1000 square foot home! Due to the very small size of the bedrooms, we custom designed the furniture for maximum storage.

We used an alternating tread staircase at a 67° rise to maximize floor space and create a dining room which they did not have before.

One of my favorite things about this project was being able to custom design the kitchen cabinets. I couldn't find what I wanted so I designed the cabinets all the way down to custom hinges!

It took a long time, but the result was definitely worth it! What do you think?

"The kitchen design was not easy as our kitchen had a small footprint and soffit challenges. Christine came up with a design that maximized the space and provided us with lots of storage. VERY happy with the design!"

What a great surprise - waking up to another 5-star Google Review!

“Christine helped me with a comprehensive remodeling of my 1958 hi-rise condo. We knocked down two walls, and rebuilt one of them to improve its functionality. We gutted the kitchen, and doubled its size. Christine expertly designed and supervised the installation of new cabinetry, sinks, an island, and new flooring. We also upgraded the other rooms. Christine was easy to work with, and honest with her advice. I would hire her again.”

Just wrapped up this beautiful bathroom!

If you notice in the before photo, there was only 21" between the front of the vanity and the partition wall. By designing a custom vanity, changing the sink location, and shortening the wall we now have a more comfortable 27" walkway!
