✨✨ all aglow ✨✨

Lighting is critical in design, and we sure captured the glow with this remodel. Toe kick lighting to set the mood, under cabinet lights for task and ambience, layered lights with recessed cans and gorgeous chandeliers. The Family Room light deserves its own moment 😍

Don’t leave this critical design feature out of your next remodel, it can make or break the whole space

We’ve been a little quiet over here! With mostly remodels on the books, days are looking a lot like this. I am so excited to share the results with you soon!

I am currently booking for the fall so if you’re thinking of a back-to-school remodel, reach out to schedule a consult! 🔗 in bio

‼️The perfect house rarely exists ‼️

One of the biggest mistakes I see buyers make is waiting for a home that checks every single box.

This home had the location, layout, natural light, and overall feel my clients were looking for. The one thing they couldn’t get past? The primary bathroom.

Instead of walking away from an otherwise amazing home, we created a plan to transform the space into something that feels intentional, functional, and connected to the rest of the house.

A custom shower layout, updated finishes, and a more cohesive design vision turned the home’s biggest drawback into an opportunity.

If a house checks 4 out of 5 boxes, don’t automatically pass on it.

The fifth box might simply be a design project.

✨ That’s where I come in.

When all the design work starts to manifest in the initial demo and build back, that sigh of happiness is the greatest moment

We started demo today in the Long Drive townhome and I am so excited for this next step of the project. This is what the months of planning, scheming, dreaming come down to! Give us a follow to see how we transform this space.

Choosing countertops shouldn’t feel this confusing

Granite, quartzite, quartz, here’s the real difference:
• Quartz = lowest maintenance
• Quartzite = natural look with durability (but varies by slab)
• Granite = a strong, reliable all-around option

The best choice is the one that aligns with how you actually live—not just how it looks.

which is your go-to?

Every project starts with a problem to solve.

In this kitchen, the focus was improving flow and creating a space that felt more connected to the rest of the home, without overcomplicating the layout.

We focused on:
• Reworking the cabinetry for better function
• Creating a more intentional focal point around the range
• Layering materials to add warmth and depth

The end result is a space that feels elevated, but still easy to live in.

Good design starts with the foundation.
