Headed on a first official art committee trip to New Orleans this weekend for Spectrum/Hunter Museum. So excited and grateful to go, and, even if I didnt own a stick of furniture, you could never tear me apart from all my favorite collected works. Art becomes part of your life and your living breathing house and experience. So! I say this in reference to the art filled home pictured above….they got the memo.

Its so hot outside that working on this bungalow has felt like a light and airy break. Theres a welcoming calm that is unveiling itself the longer we are here. We were able to use pieces collected over time, recovered and repurposed everything we could from their previous home and had a hell of a fun time turning a bedroom into a bar and office. Mountain City Construction added elevators, walk in closets etc and made this home ready for its next iteration. Will share the rest of the home at some point, but I love these photos.

We have been so busy that we took an accidental instagram break and our good friend and photographer Garrett Henderson-Black is pulling us out of our shell by sending us a few of our photos this week. We photographed our new Hanover office, this bungalow, and are scheduled for a large shoot in a month or so with Garrett. Will share!

We are working on two new builds, a full reno, two kitchen renos and two first floor renos of new-to-them homes. Hopefully starting a really fabulous restoration of a Fortwood home for the coolest human in the coming weeks.

Its been the busiest and best summer of my life, and I am so thankful for our Junior Designers Joelene and Laura who love this as mush as I do.

On a beautiful spring day like this, homes like this one sing. Light filtering thru the spaces, clear wonderful colors, and comforting spaces encourage you to to grab an Arnold Palmer and enjoy time with friends or family. We were excited to see it featured in CityScope, and added a few more pics to the carousel here. An ever evolving home, we are working on upstairs bedrooms.

Wonderful 24 hours in Miami/Palm Beach with the Luxe Magazine Gold List honorees. Cocktail parties and showhouses, oh my. was a treat! Designers maxed out their spaces and it was a great reminder design is FUN. Thank you for the honor, Luxe. Loved meeting so many great architects, designers and landscape architects from across the country.
