Administrative Assistant

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team and provide critical support to leadership and daily operations.

📋 Responsibilities

✅ Provide administrative and executive support to leadership
✅ Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling
✅ Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
✅ Coordinate meetings, phone calls, and office operations
✅ Support project managers and internal teams as needed

🎯 Qualifications

✅ Administrative Assistant experience preferred
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills required
✅ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
✅ Professional communication skills with a high level of confidentiality
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
