UPDATE: I'm glad I asked. I was going to pick #1 because I felt a little weird picking my own face-& the cartoon version is cute too! But I think the 2's have won. Thank you for helping my small business.

The 10th and final day of Covered Bridge.
The map I feel like was a HUGE Success. I had a lot of fun hear from attendees on where they came from. And the fact that the rest of the barn vendors also got into it- made it even better. Sometimes my ideas I’m sure drive others nuts! If you came to Billie Creek and marked the map- thank you. If you came and missed the opportunity no worries I will bring it back next year!
The final report is from the state map we are missing 4 counties, & the US map we are missing 3 states. But on the final day/ Sunday we gained a couple more counties! How cool is that? We added Spain and Germany!

Day 9/ Saturday.
What a day! Don’t get me wrong it was a
c🥶ld one. Today I got to see more friends! I will be posting a recap once I’m home.

Our map is getting full. At the end of day 9 we had 5 states left and 7 counties left to mark! If you are heading out to Covered Bridge for the last day/Sunday, be sure and stop by Billie Creek Covered Bridge Festival Parke County Indiana

Day 8- Friday! At Billie Creek
Wowzers, all the people who braved the cold and wind. THANK YOU. All of the small businesses appreciate you. I was able to meet more people from Johnson County, other vendors, and we added a few new states.  Our maps are getting pretty full. But we are still missing a couple counties and a couple states. We have also ran out of cover bridge pens. This happened late in the day on Thursday.

Last minute trip to the bathroom. Temp says it’s 50, but feels like 36 ( we can tell you that is correct)
We are layered up in our new hats and gloves/ CVS for the win/ coats and shoes!

Day 7!!!! We have more friends that stopped by. Today we collected a few new states. Welcome to the map- Oklahoma, and South Dakota.  This has been a lot of fun. Vendors from all around Billie Creek have been stopping over to see what states we have on our map each day. Today we also gained more folks from Alaska- I think they brought the cooler air with them.
Stop by and see us. We are located in the delivery barn at Billie Creek Village. We will be here through Sunday.

Acker Farm LLC- new fear unlocked!

⚠️ FLYING SPIDERS: we are officially in the heart of flying spider season! But don’t worry, spiders aren’t suddenly growing wings! During the fall, tiny spiderlings use a fascinating process called “ballooning,” releasing strands of silk that catch the breeze and carry them through the air. On warm days the air is rising more, this helps them move! Temperature, wind, and other atmospheric conditions can influence how far they travel! So, if you spot a little spider floating by, it’s just catching a free flight to its next home! 🕸️🍂
