when you can’t decide if the wall or the lighting is the statement piece ✨

bookmatched porcelain tile, soft blue millwork, and layered lighting make the entry to this amenity space a first impression that sticks.

Tip tuesday 🪚 cabinet construction (not to be confused with cabinet style!) is how the box is built:

framed / partial overlay: doors sit on a face frame, with some of the frame showing

frameless / full overlay: no frame, so the doors cover the whole box for a clean look

inset: doors sit inside the frame, flush, for a tailored feel

Any door style works with any of these ✨

Tall ceilings are great until a room starts echoing and feeling cold. so we went heavy on texture: brick on every column, oak beams, rattan, layered rugs, and a lot of pillows. Then we brought the light down to people level with sconces on the columns and glass pendants over the bar, so it feels warm at night and not just in the daytime. Now it’s the spot residents actually hang out in instead of walking straight through.
