After more than 25 years in the design business, I’ve learned that talent is only part of what it takes to build a successful career.
I hosted my first Design Retreat several years ago, and I’m looking forward to sharing the experience again.
This fall, I’m opening my home for Conversations at Kim’s — a two-day Design Retreat for designers and creatives centered around the things we don’t always learn in design school: clients, business, sourcing, profitability, branding and the realities of building a practice.
Guest speakers and industry experts will be joining the conversation, and because I’m hosting this at home, I want it to feel personal, relaxed and special — with beautiful food, wine and plenty of time to talk, connect and learn from one another.
