Each of these team members either started in our Customer Service department, where they gained firsthand experience in customer relations, production, operations, and sales, or are in the department now gaining that experience. Through their hard work and dedication, they’ve grown into new roles and become an essential part of our company’s success.

We’re incredibly proud of their growth and grateful for the leadership, experience, and heart they bring to our team. Our people are what make Window World special, and we couldn’t do it without them!

💛 Forever in Our Hearts. Remembering Noah.💛

September is Brain Cancer Awareness Month - a time to remember those whose lives have been impacted by this devastating disease and to honor those who continue to inspire us through their courage.

For the Window World family, September also holds a very personal meaning as we remember Noah, a courageous little boy whose life touched so many of us.

At the time of Noah’s diagnosis, Window World was already a proud corporate partner of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. But we never imagined that one day, St. Jude would become part of the journey for one of our own. Noah was the nephew of Window World Corporate team member, Jan Kilby.

Through his courage, his beautiful spirit, and the love he shared with everyone around him, Noah became a cherished part of the Window World family, leaving memories that have stayed with us through the years. His life may have been far too short, but his impact was anything but.

Noah won his battle with brain cancer on September 21, 2011.

Fifteen years later, Noah is still remembered. Still loved. And forever a part of our Window World family. 💛

Today, we wear gold for Noah.
We remember his courage.
We celebrate his life.
And we honor the lasting place he holds in our hearts. 💛
