Bringing this gorgeous 1929 Spanish Revival home in Leimert Park to life was great. The house has the most beautiful architectural details, so we paired warm, earthy textures with clean, modern pieces to create a vibe that is effortless and design-forward. The whole space opened up into something super inviting and eclectic.

This charmer in Franklin Hills was such a joy to stage. Sun-washed rooms, arches, curves, warm wood tones, and full of vintage flair. We layered in soft neutrals, pops of earthy color, rich textures, and curated art to make the space feel eclectic, effortless, and design-forward.

More from our new Laurel Canyon project. On the second floor tufted forms and tonal layers create a sense of grounded intimacy, while the natural light pouring through the oversized windows keeps it feeling open and alive. A hand-knotted rug anchors the space, the round wood coffee table softens the geometry, and soft textured gray chairs bring enough contrast to feel intentional without trying too hard.

Every piece was chosen to feel curated like it had found its way here, not placed.

In this Laurel Canyon project, we used low-slung silhouettes and bold, sculptural forms that frame the landscape instead of blocking it. Rich textures, artisanal details, and vintage pieces came together to form a space that feels both highly elevated and effortlessly lived-in.

Just staged in Venice, one block from the beach and around the corner from the canals.

Such a pretty place to work with. We had so much fun combining beach aesthetics with our signature earthy palette, modern organic shapes, sandy neutrals, warm linen, jute, sculptural ceramics, aged wood, lots of layers. Relaxed but intentional. Very Venice.

Focusing on the details that matter. We pair clean, quiet, functional layouts with a lot of tactile warmth. It’s that balance of sharp, minimalist structure and organic, cozy materials that makes a room feel warm and real instead of sterile.

Our recent project in Larchmont Village is a perfect example. It was listed for less than a week and just went under contract for a massive amount over asking. Honestly humbled that our design work could help drive that kind of result.
