Fall Market Highlights - Traditional influences with a modern twist. From tassel trim and ruffled, skirted chairs to fluted lampshades and rattan seating, classic details are making a new fresh statement.

Floral and plaid patterns in rich jewel tones, beautiful marble, textured glass, metal, and lacquered tabletops are giving a mix of finishes that feel both timeless and current.

I had the pleasure of working with LaBram Homes on this high-end spec home, selecting the finishes throughout. From the flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops and plumbing fixtures to lighting, hardware and the finishing details, each element was carefully selected to create a cohesive design that felt elevated and inviting. A beautiful collaboration from start to finish. 🤍

I have to say...I really love how this guest bathroom turned out. As you walk down the hall, the space just draws you in with its beautiful soft green color palette, carried from the cabinetry into the shower tile. Then the fun part of layering vertical shiplap, hand-wrapped leather sconces, and warm brass accents to give the space texture and personality. 🤍

One of my favorite spaces in this home. A sunset inspired ombré grasscloth wallcovering creates the backdrop, complemented by custom live-edge shelving. Designed for entertaining and everyday moments, this media room is equal parts comfortable, functional, and effortlessly inviting—all with a view that steals the show.
